Several important checks of straightener operation

1. Before using the straightener, check whether all fasteners of the machine are tightened and whether the belt is tensioned.

2. Check whether the electrical appliances are complete.

3. The running direction of the main shaft of the straightening machine must conform to the arrow direction shown on the protective cover, otherwise the machine will be damaged and personal injury may be caused.

4. Check whether there are metal and other hard sundries in the grinding room of the straightener, otherwise, the cutter will be damaged and the operation of the machine will be affected.

5. The purity of materials must be checked before crushing, and hard metal impurities are not allowed to mix in, so as to avoid damaging cutting tools or causing combustion accidents.

6. The oil cup on the straightener should be filled with lubricating oil frequently to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

7. Stop feeding before the straightening machine stops. If it is not used again, the leftovers inside the straightener should be removed.

8. Regularly check whether the cutter and screen are damaged. If there is any damage, replace it immediately.

9. When using the straightener, there will be slight vibration. The connecting handle of the cover must be tightened to avoid accidents.
